I'm 34 and gay and I've been with a guy for 6 years. I wish to make the coming out but I don't have courage for this...I'm confused and I need help.

Accepting that you are gay can take many years. Some of us probably hoped these feelings were "just a phase" but in time we got to accepting this true.This is the first stage of coming out and can be scary and stressful but as Eddie said, try to be yourself.
