Stretching exercises
does anybody know some good stretching exercises?

1.For quadriceps:
- stand on your left leg
- reach back and hold your right foot behind you with your left hand
- balance against a wall with your free hand as you pull gently upward on your right foot
- you should feel a stretch in your right thigh, not in the knee
- reverse and repeat
2. For knee:
- sit on a chair and straighten one leg
- bend your knee to lower that leg about halfway to the floor (a 45-degree angle)
- hold for 25 seconds
- return to starting position and rest 1 minute
- repeat three repetitions for each leg

why I have pain in my muscle when I stretching?

Warm-up much more!. I'ts very important to warm-up your body before any physical activity and stretching works best when performed after warming up
